RECIPE JUICE POPSICLES
2 cups of pitted cherries
1 cup of Coconut Water
1 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
4-5 popsicle molds
Place the pitted cherries in the feeding tube of the Beautyjuicer and press the “juice” button. With the juicer still running pour the coconut water through the feed tube of the juicer. For a sorbet style popsicle, fill the molds with the juice and place in the freezer overnight.
For a creamsicle type popsicle mix the juice and the yogurt in a bowl and add honey to taste. Fill the yogurt molds and place in the freezer overnight. Or you can do half sorbet pops and half creamsicle pops. You can also add some chopped or sliced cherries in the popsicle molds after pouring in the juice to add texture.
Enjoy on a sunny afternoon by the pool!
